The wash was terrible still had soap suds all over my car and the vacuums were so bad it barley sucked any dirt up. Don’t waste your money

Unfortunately visited this car wash today to get what I expected to be a car wash, at the end of this so called wash, I had yellow droplets all over my white car, the wheels didn’t even look touched and a heavy film was covering all of my windows and chrome, had to spend additional money at a different car wash to receive a true car wash and remove the Rainstorm sludge. A total rip-off and lesson learned from not reading the previous bad reviews on this place. They apparently aren’t concerned enough about the bad reviews to resolve issues so hopefully enough word of mouth and bad reviews can lighten their pockets. Reading all of the horrible reviews, and responses that indicated that they have notified management at the location on every review appears to be an approach to throw someone under the bus instead of taking the time and responsibility to visit the car washes to realize manage can’t fix your crappy equipment!

Review written 9/21/2025. Filthy parking lot and filthy trash cans and barely any suction on vacuum. Had to drive to a different location This location needs a deep cleaning Due to the no suction on vacuums, i left with car unvaccuumed and full of crumbs

I went to this car wash today around 4:45. The staff had to manually let me through because there was an issue with my pass. I was not even halfway through the gate before it collapsed and fell on my brand new car. I have not even had this car for three weeks and there is a huge dent, paint scuffs, and chipped paint on my brand new 2023 vehicle. I have already taken it to 3 places to get estimates for repair. The entire side panel needs replaced and will be $2500. Immediately when this happened the two attendants started laughing like this was the funniest thing they have ever seen. When I came out of the car wash, they did not even check my car or ask if my car was okay. I approached them and told them that it’s not a laughing matter and that my personal property is damaged and they had no clue how to even handle it. I waited for a manager to come and filed an incident report, and essentially drove away with my brand new car being torn up and destroyed as a result. I will continue to write reviews on Google, Facebook, and email corporate until they fix my car. The gate was faulty and destroyed my brand new car.

We get the $10.00 per wash version when we go, bought off one of their gift cards. Their machine does a good job, but best if you use their cloths supplied to remove the finals waters drops. They provide free vacuuming also to finish off your trip. They have multiple payment options and service packages you can sign up for.
